About Eagle-Ray
Eagle-Ray Engineering was founded in 2021 by Mike Bartholomew, who at that time was Ricardo Motorcycles’ Engineering Manager. Since then, we have worked with a range of clients on historic, proof-of-concept and powered light vehicles. Over time we have built an agile organisation, based on a network of qualified professionals and strategic partners.

Mike Bartholomew has worked in engineering design within the motorcycle industry for over 20 years.
Mike Bartholomew has worked in engineering design within the motorcycle industry for over 20 years, the latter 15 for companies providing outsourced engineering services to a global client base. As such he is uniquely placed to lead Eagle-Ray, a company capable of spanning the full product development process.
